We advise a course of 6 Pilates Personal Training sessions before coming into a Pilates class.

This helps you to understand your posture, your body’s movement and how you are restricted in movement.

This also helps the instructor understand your needs before being placed into a group setting.

You will understand how to engage your core muscles, exercise modifications for you and exercise terminology before coming into class.
