The program is set to restore your core and pelvic floor post birth. Helping you to repair your muscles to help you on your way back to health and back to your exercise routine pre pregnancy.

For days where you can’t get out to the gym or if you aren’t able to get a baby sitter this exercise program is designed to do from the comfort of your own home, with special support groups to help with your motivation.

1-2-1 sessions with Lydia are perfect for people who have a specific goal in fitness. Weather that be to combat Pelvic girdle pain in pre-pregnancy to getting back to running 10Ks post pregnancy.
